Bending Spoons announced a definitive agreement to acquire Miro at a $1.355 billion enterprise value. The deal is expected to close in Q4. Five weeks earlier the company announced the acquisition of Airtable at $1.285 billion, and that transaction has now closed. Both targets were sold to the Milan-based rollup within roughly one month.

Both companies held substantial cash balances and years of runway at the time of sale.

Stripe bought OpenRouter for around $7B according to SaaStr. The transaction closed four months after OpenRouter was valued at $1.3B. Anthropic turned its first profit in the same period.

SpaceX closed its $60B all-stock takeover of Cursor. The deal values the target at roughly 15 times current revenue or under 10 times the $6B it tracks toward by year end. Cursor had reached half a billion in revenue before shifting to a multimodel approach.

Silver Lake circled Workday at $43B.
