Salesforce unveils agentic marketing tools at Connections event
Salesforce introduced new agents for lead qualification, content creation, campaign execution and performance optimization at its Connections event.
Salesforce unveiled a new set of agentic marketing tools at its Connections event in Chicago. The tools automate portions of the marketing workflow including prospect identification, content creation, campaign launches and performance optimization.
Sales agents from Qualified now available
Salesforce highlighted two agents from Qualified. Piper identifies and qualifies inbound website visitors around the clock before routing prospects to sales teams. Hunter identifies potential contacts, initiates outreach and runs email nurture sequences.
Content and offer tools enter pilot or near-term release
Agentforce Content Agent is now in pilot. It generates content for email, SMS, RCS and mobile channels while following brand guidelines. Real-Time Offer Management will be available soon and uses behavioral and engagement signals to select offers for individual customers.
Campaign planning moves toward autonomous execution
Marketing Expert Agent is currently in pilot. Marketers define goals, budgets and guardrails while agents build campaigns, launch them and optimize performance. A forthcoming Slack integration will allow management of audience segments, campaigns, customer journeys and performance insights through conversational commands.
These announcements reflect a broader shift in marketing software according to MarTech. Rather than assisting individual tasks, agents are positioned to execute entire workflows with limited human involvement according to MarTech. The updates were detailed in coverage from the Connections event according to MarTech.
