Alta raised $25 million in Series A funding less than a year after launch to expand its coordinated AI agent platform for revenue teams.
Alta closed a $25 million Series A round led by IN Venture less than a year after launch. The funding supports expansion of the company's coordinated AI agent platform for revenue teams.
Funding Details
Alta reached a $15 million annual run rate with clients including Snowflake, Deel and Atlassian. The company hit its first million in revenue within months of commercializing and is on track for 800% revenue growth this year. It expects to reach $30 million by the end of 2026.
Alta will use the capital to expand its team globally, grow its customer base and enhance the platform. Planned additions include new data, CRM and advertising integrations plus agents for account management and cross-selling. The round included participation from Mindset Ventures, Skywell Capital, LeumiTech77, Entrée Capital, Target Global, Verissimo Ventures and angel investors.
Platform Capabilities
Alta replaces fragmented sales stacks with coordinated AI agents that share one Company Brain. The platform handles prospecting, research, multi-channel outbound, inbound qualification, AI calling and continuous optimization. It connects to 60+ GTM tools including Attio and Clay and partners with Salesforce, HubSpot, IBM and Google.
The system builds a centralized intelligence layer that maps how a business's GTM engine operates. Agents orchestrate actions on existing systems of record and evolve with every interaction, according to Demand Gen Report.
Company Background
Alta was founded in 2023 by Stav Levi-Neumark, Tom Hoffen and Mor Shabtai. Its platform serves Snowflake, Deel, Atlassian, Atoms and companies ranging from SMBs to Fortune 500.
"Before the cloud, every company building software racked and maintained its own servers," said Levi-Neumark. "We're doing for go-to-market what AWS did for infrastructure and the cloud."
IN Venture Managing Partner Eitan Naor stated that Alta built the intelligence layer the sales stack was missing. The round also supports introduction of Alta to Japan and Southeast Asia, according to Demand Gen Report.
