Adecco Group Rolls Out Salesforce Agentforce Coworker Across 40 Countries
Adecco Group expands Salesforce Agentforce Coworker to 40 countries after UK and France pilots, extending agentic AI to sales and recruitment workflows for 27,000 employees.
Adecco Group announced the global rollout of Salesforce Agentforce Coworker across 40 plus countries on September 15, 2026. The expansion follows a successful pilot in the UK and France.
Rollout Scope and Background
The Adecco Group maintains an unlimited Agentforce 360 enterprise agreement with Salesforce. This agreement enables the company to scale agentic AI across its global operations. Agentforce Coworker is Salesforce's enterprise AI teammate embedded directly in the platform and powered by Anthropic's Claude. It supports work across sales, recruitment and client or candidate engagement workflows. The Adecco Group has already deployed agentic AI across recruitment workflows in ten countries. Those deployments represent 50 percent of Adecco business revenues. The Coworker rollout now extends agentic AI infrastructure into the daily workflows of 27,000 employees. Colleagues gain a single point of access to data, systems and organizational knowledge previously spread across dozens of tools. Coworker will draw on context from more than 2.5 million agent-candidate interactions since April 2025. According to PR Newswire Technology, sales professionals and recruiters can find priority prospects, prepare sales briefs, enrich prospect data and view the status of leads across teams. Recruiters can also select candidates and launch the pre-screening, recruiter or onboarding agent.
Executive Perspectives and Next Steps
Denis Machuel, CEO of the Adecco Group, stated that the company is seeing the biggest redesign of work since the internet. He noted the need to enable people with technology and new ways of working. Machuel added that the rollout gives teams access to a single interface that knows candidate history and client context for moments when human judgment matters most. The pilot showed strong adoption in a matter of days. It frees sales teams and recruiters to focus on richer engagement with candidates and clients. Today Denis Machuel will join Marc Benioff, chair and CEO of Salesforce, alongside the CEOs of Anthropic, NVIDIA and Siemens as part of the main Dreamforce keynote to discuss human-centric AI.
What it means for revenue teams
Revenue operations and sales operations teams at Adecco Group now have a unified interface for prospect prioritization, sales brief preparation and lead status visibility. Sales professionals can enrich prospect data without switching between multiple tools. Recruiters gain direct access to agent launches for pre-screening and onboarding while retaining focus on human engagement steps.
