Zenkraft announced the launch of Zenkraft Shipping for Agentic Commerce, a Commerce App for Salesforce B2C Commerce Storefront Next. The app is available now in the Commerce App Registry.

Details of the launch

The new app lets Storefront Next customers add estimated delivery dates, branded tracking, and return capabilities through an installable extension in Business Manager. Zenkraft Shipping for Agentic Commerce connects merchants to a global carrier network with shipping, tracking, and returns managed inside Salesforce.

Commerce Apps form an extensibility framework that reduces custom integration work for merchants. Zenkraft already operates as a Salesforce-native shipping solution, and the new app extends those functions to the Storefront Next environment.

Statements from the companies

Lennart Stevens, VP of Product Management at Salesforce Commerce Cloud, noted that the partner ecosystem allows merchants to extend the Storefront Next foundation without separate custom integrations. David Parry, General Manager at Zenkraft, stated that the app provides a quicker path to connect shipping with commerce, reduce manual processes, and improve delivery visibility for consumers.

What it means for revenue teams

RevOps and sales ops teams gain a documented path to add shipping functions during storefront setup rather than after launch. The plug-and-play format can shorten the time between storefront configuration and operational shipping capabilities. Teams can reference the Commerce App Registry listing when planning implementation timelines with their Salesforce commerce instances, according to MarTech Series.
