Nectar Social Secures Funding and Rebrands

Nectar Social raised a $30 million Series A round led by Menlo Ventures and its Anthology Fund. The company simultaneously rebranded as Nectar Agent according to Demand Gen Report. The round also included participation from True Ventures, GV, and Kinship Ventures.

Product Focus and Performance Metrics

Nectar Agent operates as an autonomous AI system for social intelligence, community engagement, creator workflows, and conversational commerce. The platform maintains official data partnerships with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X. It powers more than 10 million conversations per week across pre-purchase, post-purchase, and creator workflows, with a 5X growth recorded in the last three months. Each agent completes the equivalent of roughly 20 hours of manual effort per task per week. To date the system has attributed $100 million in revenue to social channels, engaged over 50 million consumers, and handles more than 80 percent of brand social interactions for its customers.

Customers and Platform Reach

Current customers include e.l.f. Beauty, Babylist, Caraway, Liquid Death, Graza, Figma, and Kosas, along with multiple Fortune 500 brands in home, beauty, technology, and food and beverage categories. The company emerged from stealth in 2025 after founding in 2023 by sisters Misbah Uraizee and Farah Uraizee, both former Meta leaders.

Planned Use of Proceeds

Proceeds will fund engineering and applied AI hiring in the Bay Area and New York, deepen existing platform partnerships, and extend Nectar Agent into additional brand workflow categories according to Demand Gen Report.
