Apollo unveils AI app builder, intelligence layer and outreach system
Apollo released three AI products to consolidate revenue workflows and reduce tool sprawl for sales and marketing teams.
Sales software company Apollo unveiled a set of artificial intelligence products designed to move more of a revenue team’s daily work onto one platform.
The launch targets tool sprawl, a problem Apollo says arises when organizations add separate vendors for prospecting, enrichment and outreach. An Apollo survey of more than 300 go-to-market leaders and operators found end-to-end workflow automation ranked as the top priority for revenue teams, with most teams still using two to five sales and marketing platforms.
Three new AI products
Three products make up the release. Apollo Builder Studio takes a plain-English description and produces a working tool such as a web page, database or automation. The Apollo Intelligence Layer maintains a continuously updated view of contacts and accounts through Apollo Intelligence Profile and uses specialized agents in GTM Harness for tasks including prospecting and research. Apollo Messaging OS watches for buying signals and uses AI to decide who gets contacted, when and on which channel.
Chief Executive Matt Curl introduced the products during his keynote at ApolloNEXT 2026 in San Francisco. The company states that 5 million people at more than 600,000 companies use its software, with Fortune 500 companies accounting for more than 100 customer teams. Apollo, officially ZenLeads Inc., last raised a $100 million Series D round in August 2023 at a $1.6 billion valuation, bringing total funding to about $250 million, according to SiliconANGLE.
What it means for revenue teams
Revenue operations and sales operations teams can now build custom tools without engineering support and receive AI-driven recommendations that combine external data with internal sales context. The unified system is intended to prevent sales and marketing from running overlapping campaigns against the same buyers while feeding results back into the platform. Teams retain the option to work inside Apollo or connect its data and agents to existing software.
