These changes address previous limitations in timing logic and data handling, allowing teams to adapt tools more effectively to their operations. The updates are organized into categories for managers and admins, emphasizing execution, engagement, performance, automation control, data structure, and system flexibility.

Updates for Managers

Managers will benefit from features like Contact Send Time Optimization, which enables marketing emails to be sent based on individual contact engagement patterns rather than fixed times. The Sales Workspace has been updated with a redesigned summary page, new activity cards for deals and meetings, and a more unified view across records and pipelines. Additionally, teams can now create custom automated ticket messages based on pipeline stages, associate marketing emails to multiple campaigns, and save draft emails for editing, all without requiring Marketing Hub. According to MarTech, these enhancements help improve open and click rates, reduce manual testing, and provide a cleaner workspace for reps to focus on pipeline activity.

Updates for Admins

Admins gain more precise control through new operators for conditional property logic in workflows and the ability to include meetings directly in workflows. Other changes include options to restore CRM properties and records, add conditional logic in CRM formulas, exclude weekends from 'time between' calculations, unpublish forms, and set admin-defined column defaults in the line-item editor.
