HubSpot released 15 updates in March 2026 that emphasize flexibility in automation, workflows, timing logic, and CRM management, addressing previous limitations for teams. These changes allow for adding meetings into workflows, refining conditional logic, and gaining more control over time-based automation, as outlined in the updates. According to MarTech, the updates are organized into categories for managers and admins, focusing on execution, engagement, performance, automation control, data structure, and system flexibility.

Updates for Managers

Managers will find value in updates like Contact Send Time Optimization, which enables marketing emails to be sent based on individual contact engagement patterns rather than fixed times. The Sales Workspace has been updated with a redesigned summary page, new activity cards for deals and meetings, and a more unified experience across records and pipelines. Additionally, teams can now create custom automated emails for ticket pipelines based on stage, without needing Marketing Hub, and associate marketing emails to multiple campaigns. These enhancements help improve open and click rates, reduce manual testing, and provide a cleaner workspace for reps, as detailed in the March updates.

Key Admin Enhancements

Admins benefit from new operators for conditional property logic, the ability to include meetings in workflows, and options to restore CRM properties and records. The updates introduce new formula options in CRM for conditional logic and allow excluding weekends from "time between" calculations, along with the ability to unpublish forms and set admin-defined column defaults for the line-item editor. According to MarTech, these features give admins more precise control over data structure and automation behavior. Statuses for these updates include Public Beta for Contact Send Time Optimization and In Development for the Sales Workspace.

Other Notable Features

Additional updates include a TikTok Ads integration, the ability to save draft emails and edit scheduled ones, and a new Google Drive app, which expand integration options for teams. The legacy Sales Workspace is being phased out on April 27, 2026, with teams transitioning to the new experience, applicable to Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise tiers. According to MarTech, these changes apply to Marketing Hub Enterprise for some features and aim to make HubSpot easier to adapt to business operations. As a widely-known context, HubSpot is a leading CRM platform used by B2B SaaS teams for revenue operations.
