Updates for Managers

Managers will benefit from updates that streamline execution, engagement, and performance in sales and marketing activities. For instance, Contact Send Time Optimization enables marketing emails to be sent based on individual contact engagement history rather than fixed times, helping to improve open and click rates by staggering sends over a window. The Sales Workspace update includes a redesigned summary page with new activity cards for deals and meetings, offering a more unified view across records and pipelines, and the legacy version is being phased out on April 27, 2026. Other manager-focused features include the ability to create custom ticket automation messages based on pipeline stages, integrate TikTok Ads, associate marketing emails to multiple campaigns, save draft emails, edit scheduled emails, and add a new Google Drive app, all of which enhance daily operations without requiring additional manual effort.
