HubSpot July 2026 Update Adds Agent Hub and Microsoft Ads Integration
HubSpot's July 2026 release introduces Agent Hub as the new home for AI agents, Microsoft Ads integration, Revenue Agent for invoices, and customization options for properties and routing.
HubSpot released its July 2026 product updates, centered on Agent Hub and expanded customization controls for CRM records, routing, and advertising integrations.
Agent Hub Replaces Breeze Studio
Agent Hub became the central location for managing all custom and templated AI agents in a HubSpot portal. It evolved directly from Breeze Studio and includes an agentic workflow builder that can trigger without a record or from external sources such as a new Google Sheet row. Agents previously available at no cost during the Breeze Studio beta now consume credits, with usage varying by token consumption per run. Users can monitor costs through the Agent Inbox, review run history in an agent's Activity tab, run tests for estimates, or set monthly credit limits per agent. A new plain-language builder lets users describe desired agents to Breeze, which then generates initial instructions, actions, and knowledge sources for editing. The update is in public beta across Professional and Enterprise tiers in all hubs, according to MarTech.
Revenue and Customer Agents
Revenue Agent entered public beta for Revenue Hub Professional and Enterprise users. It monitors assigned companies' open invoices, creates proactive communication plans, reads replies, waits for promised payment dates, verifies receipt, and follows up when needed. The agent does not yet consume credits while in beta. Customer Agent gained the ability to display images inline within short answers.
Advertising and Integration Additions
HubSpot added direct integration with Microsoft Ads, covering Bing search plus partner networks including Netflix and Hulu. The integration supports reporting, attribution, and workflows triggered by contact interactions but does not include ad creation. ChatGPT Ads integration was also introduced. QuickBooks Online and Xero outbound customer mapping received fixes.
Customization and Admin Controls
Title cards on CRM records became customizable. Associations can now function as lookup properties. Lead Object workflows gained rotation distribution and user availability options. Custom Event properties can be used in email personalization tokens. Custom Signals were added to Buyer Intent. AI-powered insights for discovering and scoring high-impact events became available through Performance Insights. Conversation routing gained a fallback to Customer Agent. These changes apply across relevant hubs and tiers and are detailed in the July 2026 release notes according to MarTech.
