Conga opened a Boston office that serves as its first U.S. hub outside the Houston headquarters. The office opened following the February 2026 acquisition of the PROS B2B business. It holds nearly 15% of Conga’s U.S. workforce.

Office Location and Workforce Scale

The Boston location brings Conga closer to customers including Staples, Boston Scientific, and Charles River Laboratories. It also provides access to one of the country’s dynamic technology talent markets. According to Demand Gen Report, the office supports the company’s expansion after the acquisition.

Platform Unification Goals

Conga is accelerating innovation to unify pricing, quoting, and contracting into a single connected commerce platform. Company research identified the need for a platform that connects the entire commerce chain. The Boston office supports this effort.

New Platform Capabilities

Conga introduced AiMe to accelerate deal cycles, reduce contract risk, and optimize margins. New connectors into Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics enable two-way data flow within the Conga Advantage Platform. All Conga CPQ customers received native pricing integrations. According to Demand Gen Report, these enhancements integrate the new pricing functionality acquired from PROS B2B.
