G2 Adds MCP Integrations and Intent Studio for Buyer Signals
G2 launches MCP integrations, expanded Buyer Intent data, Intent Studio, and AI Blueprints to deliver first-party signals into AI agents, CRMs, and data platforms.
G2 Rolls Out New Buyer Signal Tools
G2 announced new product capabilities that bring buyer behavior data directly into AI agents, CRMs, and enterprise analytics environments used by go-to-market teams. The updates include MCP integrations with six platforms, expanded Buyer Intent signals from Capterra, Software Advice, and GetApp, a new Intent Studio, and AI Blueprints.
According to Demand Gen Report, these tools give teams faster paths to turn buyer signals into action.
MCP Integrations and Data Connectors
G2 now offers MCP integrations for ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot, Gong, Profound, and AirOps. The company also introduced data connectors for Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks.
These connectors bring G2 data into customers' existing data platforms so teams can combine it with CRM and product usage data.
Expanded Intent Coverage and Intent Studio
G2 expanded Buyer Intent data across Capterra, GetApp, and Software Advice, which gives teams up to 2x more buyer signals. In beta, Intent Studio lets teams build and target audiences directly within G2 based on buyer intent and engagement signals.
G2's Activity Feed shows the last 10 signals per account, including category research, competitor comparisons, and review interactions.
A G2 survey found that 51% of B2B software buyers now begin research in an AI chatbot more often than with Google.
According to Demand Gen Report, the new tools address the visibility gap created by this shift.
Review and AI Blueprint Capabilities
G2 introduced Review Rally, Guided Review Experience, and Review Optimizer to help companies build trust signals. Review Rally enables review campaigns inside my.G2 with contests and live leaderboards.
AI Blueprints contain over 500 peer-submitted AI skills and workflows. Each Blueprint includes an option to save the skill or use an install prompt to bring the workflow into an existing environment.
According to Demand Gen Report, the announcements follow G2's survey on buyer research behavior.
